With this painting I wanted to depict the mood of bittersweet moment when autumn takes over the summer yet distinct traces of summer still visible. There’s a quiet nostalgia about such a moment.

By blending the fluidity of Impressionism with dreamlike qualities of Surrealisms , I sough to evoke feeling of serenity, where time and space blends with reality and inner feminine beauty arise.

The painting should speak and be interpretated to everyone on its own way- I had to let emotions and unconscious mind flow thru my pencils, which resulted to this beautiful piece of composition.
